Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Ein Smart-TV mit Sat Anschluss sowie eine separate Einbauküche incl. Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion, Spülmaschine, Retro Kühl-/Gefrierschrank  und Ceranfeld sind Teil dieses Apartments. Eigener Telefonanschluss ist möglich. Das Badezimmer ist zwar klein, es ist aber alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Dusche, Toilette, Waschtisch, Spiegelschrank sowie Heizung mit Handtuchwärmer. Das Bett incl. Bettkasten hat eine Größe von 140x200 cm und befindet sich hinter einer frei im Raum stehenden Wand abgetrennt vom Wohnbereich.
 

The apartment is fully equipped and furnished. A smart TV with satellite connection and a separate fitted kitchen incl. microwave with grill function, dishwasher, retro fridge/freezer and ceramic hob are part of this apartment. Own telephone connection is possible. The bathroom is small, but everything you need is there. Shower, toilet, vanity, mirror cabinet and heating with towel warmer. The bed has a size of 140x200 cm and is behind a free standing wall separated from the living area.

Weiterer Service

Im Keller stehen Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung. Für die gesamte Mietdauer stellen wir bei Bedarf ein City-Fahrrad zur Verfügung, welches im Mietpreis enthalten ist. 
 

Washing machines and dryers are available in the basement. If required, we can provide a city bike for the entire rental period, which is included in the rental price.

Der Mietpreis versteht sich als PAUSCHALPREIS und beinhaltet alle anfallenden Kosten, incl. STROM, WASSER, HEIZUNG, W-Lan, GEZ-Gebühren etc.. Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an!!! Die Kostenberechnung ist für 1 Person. 
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 4 Monate. 
 

The rental price is a ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICE and includes all costs incurred, including ELECTRICITY, WATER, HEATING, W-Lan, GEZ fees, etc. There are no further costs! The cost calculation is for 1 person. 
The minimum rental period is 4 months.
